List Property to Sell

Fill in and send this form if you wish to list your property for sale. We will email you the listing form for your approval. Your property will not be listed until the listing form is authorised by you.

You must also agree to any sale by approving the Sale and Purchase Agreement before the sale can proceed.

Both listing and sale and purchase are activities presribed by Real Estate Agents Authority, and require specific actions by us to comply with the Real Estate Agents Act 2008. See REAA 2008 in the above menu.
