What We Can Do For Landlords

Our company provides four main services to residential landlord clients.

1. Tenant location. When you require a tenant for a vacant home we will assist by locating a tenant, and if acceptable to you, will complete the necessary paperwork, initial rental and bond payments and disbursements. This is a FREE service to our landlord clients.

2. Property Management. Where landlords are either out of the area, or do not wish to be involved with the day to day oversight of their rental properties we will use our skills and offices to manage the property. This is a fee attracting service, the amount of the fee depending on the services utilised.

Please note that we reserve the right to decline managements for properties or landlords we deem as unsuitable for our services.

3. Increase Your Portfolio. If you wish to add to your residential property portfolio we would be happy to add you to our buyers list, and keep you informed of any suitable properties listed through us.

4. Sell Excess Property. If you have a property or properties excess to your requirements we would be happy to market and sell them for you.
