WhatA Property Manager looks after rental property for the owner, and performing such duties as authorised by the owner. These duties may include finding new tenants, checking that rentals are paid on time, dealing with tenants in arrears within the framework of the law (Residential Tenancies Act 1986), arranging and overseeing maintenance and improvement work, authorising and paying suppliers accounts, holding and dispersing rental funds to the owner.
