Open Homes are a relaxed, easy way to view a range of residential properties. We encourage our vendors to make their properties available for viewing by this method as part of the overall marketing mix.

What We Ask Of Our Vendors

We request that vendors leave the property during the Open Home, to make the buyer's viewing experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible.

The property should be presented in a tidy and clean condition.

All dogs should be removed from the property.

What We Ask Of Our Visitors

All visitors should be prepared to sign in before entering the Open Home. We need this as a security precaution should anything untoward happen.

We ask that visitors refrain from smoking and eating in the house, and keep children under control. Not all homeowners have children visiting, and some have breakables within reach of small hands.

We usually ask that footwear is removed.
